We are looking for an Administrative Assistant - Guest Experience (with English) to join a winery located in Alaró (Mallorca).

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Permanent contract
  • Monday to Friday schedule, from 9:00 to 17:00 (flexible start and finish times)
  • Occasional availability for weekend events
  • Annual gross salary between €24,000 and €28,000, depending on experience

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcome and assist visitors and groups during tastings and guided tours, providing a warm and professional experience.
  • Receive both scheduled groups and walk-in visitors, accompanying them and explaining the winemaking process.
  • Manage emails, invoicing, payments, and supplier control.
  • Coordinate with the external accounting office regarding taxes and quarterly reports on production and sales.
  • Support online orders and exports, preparing documentation and coordinating logistics.
  • Maintain and update internal documentation and records.
  • Assist with general operational tasks when needed, such as labeling or preparing orders.

    Requisitos mínimos

    • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles.
    • High level of English (spoken and written).
    • Driving license and own vehicle (to reach the winery).
    • Strong communication skills and customer orientation.
    • Occasional availability for weekend events or tastings.

    VALUABLE EXPERIENCE

    • Previous experience in hospitality, wine tourism, or the wine sector.
    • Basic knowledge of wines, sommelier training, or oenology.
