Brand Ambassador - Madrid Airport

We are looking for a Brand Ambassador to join a prestigious fragrance company based at Madrid Airport.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Full-time position
• Competitive salary between €20,000 and €24,000 gross per year + Commission
• initial training provided to undertand brand heritage and olfactory portfolio

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Experience in retail, beauty, cosmetics, or fragrance sales
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Fluent Spanish and English are essential, arabic is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Full availability to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts, five days per week.
• availability to attend the initial training programme in Marbella during the summer
• Own transport to commute to Madrid Airport.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide excellent customer service to international passengers
• Assist customers in selecting fragrances and explain the features of products
• Present the brand and its products clearly and professionally
• Meet individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
• Keep the stand clean, organised, and well-stocked in line with visual merchandising standards
• Tracking and presenting stock and sales
