AVANSEL, personnel management consultant, is seeking a Customer Manager in Recruitment and Consulting areas in our office in Córdoba, Spain.

KEY RESONSABILITIES:

Integral customer management in both recruitment and consulting on personnel management.

Contact with potential customers which ask for a personnel selection process or consulting services by e-mail or phone (profile definition, send budgets, follow-up and closing).

Once the budget is closed with customer, create the job description, publish the job offer on the webpage and job browsers, filter the CV and make interviews to candidates, looking for motivation, competences and capacities required on them.

Continuous consulting and contact with customer company related to incorporation and follow-up of the selected candidate.

Based on your development, you will made other consulting services on the personnel management area.

Requisitos mínimos

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

We are seeking a person with consultation and customer management experience along with motivation to develop itself on personnel management area.

Experience on human resources sector is not necessary

Dynamic and proactive person with communication skills and customer drivenness.
