International Administrator

We are carrying out a recruitment process for an International Administrator with English in Castellón, for an international mineral company with offices in Spain and Australia.

Offer

Salary between 30.000€ - 40.000€ gross/year based on the experience and skills of the candidate.

Working Hours: 8am to 12.30pm and 2.30pm to 6.30pm

Stable contract.

Functions

Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, the International Administrator will have:

the ability to work effectively in a team and communicate proficiently within international team;

a strong customer focus, with the ability to deal with customers in a professional manner;

highly efficient and effective organisational and planning skills including the ability to meet deadlines and multi-task to deal with competing priorities;

excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow processes;

comfortable working autonomously or within a team environment to meet deadlines;

strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with a range of different stakeholders;

demonstrated problem solving ability with initiative, flexibility and cooperation;

high level of computer literacy particularly with Excel, Word and online systems.

Import or export administration within resources industry, in particular mineral commodities experience would be considered favourable

SAP or similar ERP experience required

Requisitos mínimos

English (C2, professional level)

Working knowledge of SAP (or any other ERP)
