We a seeking a Sales Development Representative for a Development and Manufacturing Company located in Arganda del Rey, Madrid.

Salary & Terms

  • Remuneration between 20.000 - 25.000 euros gross per year according to the skills and experience of the candidate
  • Permanent contract
  • Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
  • Working hours Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 17:00H (with 1 hour for lunch)


Role & Responsibilities

The complete B2B outbound sales process (with national and international clientes):

  • Perform the entire sales cycle (B2B), from the initial contact with leads to closing the deal.
  • Follow-up with established clients.
  • Explore potential business prospects through phone calls, emails, or other means of communication.
  • Use CRM software to track, manage, and report sales activities and progress.
  • Ensure the transfer of potential customer information to the system.


Required Skills

  • Excellent English and Spanish skills
  • Previous experience in a sales related role
  • Communication skills and customer management capability.

Valuable Skills

  • Experience with CRM
