Software Development Manager

We are seeking a Software Development Manager for a company that designs, manufactures and markets catamarans and other innovative products related to water sports, based in El Masnou, Barcelona.

SALARY AND TERMS

• Salary between 50.000€ - 60.000€ a year depending on experience
• Flexible work schedule 9:00H - 18:00H
• Hybrid work model: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the development and implementation of the company's technology strategy.
• Design, develop, and deploy high-quality and scalable mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product features.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and regulations.
• Manage and mentor the technology team.
• Utilize your experience in backend development to contribute to the technical aspects of the projects.
• Take a user-oriented approach to ensure that the end-user experience is seamless and intuitive.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong expertise in both Android and iOS mobile app development.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, Swift and Objective-C.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and experience with In-App payment system feature implementation.
