Wedding Planner (Oferta Cerrada)

We are looking for an Events Organizer / Wedding Planner for a boutique hotel and event space, a leading venue for celebrations in Toledo.

Conditions

• Permanent contract
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Schedule flexibility required to cover events and visits on Saturdays)
• Salary: Between €18,000 and €23,000 gross per year, based on experience
• Training provided by the company

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead wedding planning.
• Maintain constant communication with clients.
• Respond to and coordinate specific client requests prior to arrival and during their stay at the hotel.
• Conduct guided tours of the estate for clients and manage pre-wedding tastings.
• Event Day Supervision: Ensure flawless execution, resolve last-minute issues, and guarantee a smooth workflow.
• Coordinate and supervise staff and vendors during events to ensure seamless delivery.
