Wedding Planner/ Event Organiser (Oferta Cerrada)

We are looking for an Event Organiser/Wedding Planner for a boutique hotel and event space, a leading choice for celebrations in Toledo.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Permanent contract
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Salary: £18,000 - £23,000 gross per year, depending on experience
• Training provided by the company

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and lead wedding planning for international clients
• Maintain regular communication with clients in English
• Address and coordinate specific client requests prior to arrival and during their stay at the hotel
• Conduct property tours for clients and manage pre-wedding tastings
• Oversee the Event Day: ensure flawless execution, resolve last-minute issues, and guarantee a smooth event experience
• Coordinate and supervise staff and suppliers during events to ensure smooth execution
